Do I need to make an appointment?
No. We love walk up customers. Depending on the complexity and size of the tattoo, scheduling an appointment may be required. The best way is simply to give us a call at 912-352-8288. If you have a specific artist in mind, call in advance to make sure that they are available, as some of our artists work on specific days. You may also connect with our artists directly for their availability here.
How much will it cost?
The cost of the tattoo depends on the size and complexity of the work. Do you have art? Are you selecting art from one of our photo books? Do you need custom illustration? There is no single price and, in order to give you an accurate estimate, we would need to have you drop in or give us a call.
What are your hours?
Our shop hours are Noon-9PM Monday through Thursday, Noon-10PM Friday & Saturday, and Noon-7PM Sunday. If you have a specific artist you are interested in working with, please visit our artist page and connect with them directly to confirm availability. Does it hurt?
All people have different thresholds of pain. Depending on how complex or how large the piece of work is, the pain can vary. This is only temporary and generally lasts from 2 to 3 days.
Are tattoos safe?
Absolutely. Be sure to cover your bases when selecting a reputable shop, and ensure that the company follows all recommended safety precautions, just like we do here at California Tattoo Company. We pride ourselves in working in a clean and safe environment and adhere to all local health requirements. We also follow strict practices to avoid any cross-contamination. How old do I have to be to get a tattoo?
The state of Georgia requires that you be at least 18 years of age in order to get tattooed. Parents cannot sign for a minor to get a tattoo. You must be 18.
Do you offer body piercing?
Not at this time.
